'American Idol' ATL Singing Contest for Kids #TheGiftATL

2014 marks the 11^th year of The Gift™ Youth Singing Competition. The Gift is scouting singers between the ages of 12 to 16 from the greater Atlanta area looking for a career in music or performing arts. The winners will be competing to make their dreams come true and for a chance to win more than $20,000 in cash and prizes.

The three remaining open call auditions will be held at various McDonald’s restaurants on April 12 and two on April 26 throughout metro Atlanta. Three finalists from each location will be selected by a panel of judges, comprised of representatives from the music and entertainment community, to compete at a final competition this summer. Only the first 250 contestants with proper documentation will be allowed to audition at each open call audition.

McCafé “Winter Wonderland” Contest @McDonaldsATL #McCafe

Baby, it's getting cold outside! This fall, McDonald’s  introduced the new McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte, which is a blend of freshly brewed 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified espresso and creamy steamed milk combined with aromatic warm spices and flavors of pumpkin pie. If that description doesn't sound delicious, then I don't know what else does. McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte joins the McCafé existing line of premium and affordable Lattes including Caramel, French Vanilla, Sugar-Free French Vanilla and Hazelnut. 

Beginning Nov. 11 through Nov.  22, @McCafe followers will have the opportunity to vote for one of ten cities they think deserves a “winter wonderland.” Along with the McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte the McCafé White Chocolate Mocha will be joining the menu this holiday season. McCafé will offer residents of the winning city a “winter wonderland” experience they’ve never had, complete with snowflakes, comforting McCafé White Chocolate Mochas and more – offering a magical moment of escape during the busy holiday season. 

Fans can vote for San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Tampa, Miami or Atlanta on Twitter using #MomentsOfWonder to give these warm weather cities the chance to cool down and experience the joys of winter. The winning city will be selected based on the number of votes from fans and followers using the hashtag #MomentsOfWonder. The city that receives the most votes will receive the winter wonderland experience courtesy of McCafé and White Chocolate Mocha.  

The winning city will be announced on @McCafe on December 2.

Baby it's cold outside! Well, not quite yet! Whether it's cold or hot outside the McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte is the perfect Latte to try during the fall. This seasonal offering Latte is only available beginning early September through November2013 at your local McDonald's.

McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte joins the McCafé existing line of premium and affordable Lattes including Caramel, French Vanilla, Sugar-Free French Vanilla and Hazelnut. With a combination of cinnamon and other fall-inspired spices, steamed milk and rich espresso, McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte offers a special, comforting treat reminiscent of the season.

The new McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte is a blend of freshly brewed 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified™ espresso and creamy steamed milk combined with aromatic warm spices and flavors of pumpkin pie. McDonald's Store Grand Opening! Win Prizes Too! #myQPflavor @McDonaldsATL

I've been blogging for McDonald's for nearly two years and there's nothing more exciting than to be a part of a new store grand opening! Operator Chris Johnson's store is located: 2071 N Druid Hills Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30329. 

Chris has organized a wonderful store opening on Saturday, July 27 at 1 p.m. and you're invited! Yes, you and all your friends! The event will include massage therapists giving free massages, face painting and food giveaways.  The Atlanta Silverbacks, a professional soccer team will be at the store with their mascot to sign autographs and take pictures, along with Ronald McDonald!
